Community Project Wish List

Submit 'Wish List' projects and ideas through the Contact Form above or email to the Representative. These potential, unfunded,  future improvements will be evaluated by homeowners through a  biannual survey.

For maintenance needs, please continue to fill in the Contact Form above or the Maintenance Request Form on the BTCA Home Page (link below).

  • Removal of storage structure in parking area, replace with 'Little Library' and bench.  Pros: improved appearance, reduce fire hazard, prevent garbage from being discarded in that area  Cons: need to store roofing shingles somewhere, "Little Library' would require routine maintenance, cost of bench and structure removal.
  • Courtyard Cares Program. A program to collect redeemable cans and non-perishable foods for local non-profit The Giving Plate.  Cans/bottles would be collected in blue non-profit bottle drop bags; the non-perishable foods would be collected in central  location.  Both would be routinely picked up by a Giving Plate volunteer.   Pros: reduces recycling burden and food waste; supports local non-profit;  provides volunteer opportunity for local students; the Giving Plate process is well defined. Cons: information/education for STR renters, blue bags to units or a separate can garbage corral, need cabinet to collect for non-perishable foods, potentially large volume.
